As of November 1, 2018, James Kasper has been hired on a 42-week contract as CHLY's Workshop and Summer Camp Coordinator to pass on radio broadcasting training and knowledge to community members and students, through a series of workshops in early 2019, as well as a summer media camp for youths in 2019 in July and August. This project is funding by the Community Radio Fund of Canada (CRFC) as part of their Radiometres Program.

I have accepted this position and have resigned from the board as its President. While I will miss my former role, I am incredibly excited about my new role moving forward.
