How do I update my donation or membership?

First, thank you so much for your ongoing support! You can change your contribution (be it a donation or annual membership) using the following methods:

  • Donorbox Donor Portal. Your monthly or annual email from Donorbox should also have a link in it that will allow you to update, pause, or cancel your donation or membership. If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, please phone us.

  • Phone the station at (250)-714-3410 during office hours (Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5PM) and speak with Executive Director Jesse Woodward. Please leave a message, we check our messages daily.

  • Use the request form on this page.
