Convinced we’ve made an error in our newsroom reporting? We want to know when we make a mistake so that we can correct them if it is necessary to do so.

Submissions will be reviewed for verification. Not all reports will be acted on if it is deemed to not be an error by our newsroom.

Significant corrections or clarifications will be noted on our clarification and corrections page, as well in the the story the error was found in.

We require you to submit a description of the error, as well as a link to the story itself. Contact information is required so that we can follow up if necessary.

Abuse of the error form will not be tolerated.
