Plans for a development near a wetland ecosystem in the Rock City area have generated concern among local residents, and prompted multiple delegations before city council this month.

To better understand what systems are in place to regulate development around wetlands, Midcoast Morning spoke with Russell Chiong, a staff lawyer at West Coast Environmental Law.
