As the Junior Producer at CHLY, you will be working within a broadcast facility that provides a community service to its listeners. You will primarily work to plan CHLY’s second annual Summer Radio Camp (Online Edition), with assistance from other staff. You will also be a cohost of our Monday to Friday 3 PM music show, the VIU Meter. Secondary responsibilities will include assisting in the production of our forthcoming morning news show, Mid Coast Mornings with CHLY News Director Lisa Cordasco.

Applications Closed: We're hiring a Music Collective Coordinator for the Spring 2020 Semester.

The Music Collective Coordinator is responsible for taking a lead on “the VIU Metre”, CHLY’s new student-driven drive time music show. The VIU Metre is a show for the music obsessed. It will feature interviews with local and touring musicians, and a mix of independent music not heard elsewhere on the airwaves from all around the globe, with a healthy dose of the local, and Canadian Content.
